Mission
“To give every child the best start in life through our nursery”
Our mission at Just Kids Day Care is to provide a caring, stimulating, and safe environment that promotes learning and the development of the whole child. We aim to support children in their exploration of the world around them, guiding them in their discovery of their strengths and interests.
In line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, our mission includes nurturing children’s development across key areas: Communication and Language, Physical Development, Personal, Social, and Emotional Development, Literacy, Mathematics, Understanding the World, and Expressive Arts and Design.
We are committed to fostering an environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. We aim to help every child reach their full potential and prepare them not only for school but for lifelong success.
Philosophy
At Just Kids Day Care, our philosophy is centered on the belief that every child is unique and brings their own strengths, talents, and interests to our learning community. We believe in fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, and grow.
We acknowledge that learning in the early years is vital for the holistic development of children, forming the basis for lifelong learning and wellbeing. We value play as the primary way children explore, understand their world, and learn vital life skills. Our approach is rooted in respect for each child’s individual pace of growth, their personal interests, and their unique learning style.
We strive to partner with families, recognising that parents and guardians are the most significant individuals in a child’s life. Our philosophy is to work collaboratively with families, building a bridge between the child’s home and our day care setting, thereby ensuring consistency and shared goals for each child’s development.
