Harvest Month (October 2023)

This week we will be focusing on harvest teaching children. The purpose of a harvest festival is to take the opportunity to give thanks for the food that is grown on the land.  Within nurseries, it is common for the children to bring in certain items of food that can be donated to a local good cause, such as a food bank. A harvest festival is a great time to discuss the concept of being grateful and encouraging children to give thanks.

Our food donations will go to families in need. Thank you in advance for all donations.
